  • Final sale items, intimate products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, VITEROS will cover the return shipping fee.

4. Refund Process

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
